Meet Mark Leader

Mark wrote the book “Distinguishing Marks of a Leader” and has co-authored books with Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey. Les Brown, Mark Victor Hansen and Deepak Chopra.

Meet Mike Collard

Mike has over 35 years of experience in direct sales, sales training and sales management.

He helped lead a Fortune 500 Company to grow to be one of the largest in its industry as a salesman, sales manager, national sales trainer, and national sales manager. He recently helped triple the size and production of this sales organization by serving as their sales manager, recruiter and sales trainer over an 8-year period.

As a realtor he attained the rank of top 1% in the nation in sales and commissions earning Hall of Fame recognition and Lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Club during his 20 plus years as a real estate salesperson. In 2001 he joined Mark Leader Courses as a National Trainer. His students attained some of the highest results and increases during his time at Mark Leader Courses. He also travelled with Mark Leader to assist in many events and training programs across North America

Mike is a “people” person, enjoys helping others succeed and loves the world of real estate.

Meet Gerry Contrino

The journey to my remarkably successful Real Estate career began in 2005 when I got my Real Estate license.

As a newer agent, I did not know what I did not know .. and I struggled in real estate until I decided that enough is enough. In 2006, I decided that I WAS going to make it in Real Estate. In my mind, failure was not an option. As we all know God works in mysterious ways. God always puts people on your path for a reason. It was then that I met Mark Leader, my real estate Guru. Mark came to Florida to teach his Extremely Powerful & Game Changing Real Estate course called Leaders Choice (known today as Leaders Choice Next Gen).

After I successfully completed the course and implemented what Mark taught me, I doubled my income every year and hit 6 figures within 3 years, coming out of the biggest real estate market crash in history. Fast forward several years, after reaching this plateau, I projected bigger business goals to increase my level of achievement. I called Mark and asked for his advice and he suggested that I get a coach. Which I did … AND BOOM!! This is when I realized the importance of working with a coach. It was the difference between a good life and an outstanding life. I had never realized nor imagined I could achieve this level of full rounded success until I worked with a coach. 

So, when Mark approached me about working on his coaching program with him, it was a no brainer on my part.

Meet Jeff Hanna

Aloha. I’m Jeff Hanna. I’m a Sales Coach, Realtor, and Entrepreneur.

I use public speaking, classroom training, and one-on-one coaching engagements to educate and motivate Real Estate Professionals.

Having worked as a licensed General Contractor and Realtor has taught me the importance of “having a plan”. I was struggling as a Realtor until my broker asked to see my “plan”. I didn’t have one so he introduced me to Mark Leader. One session of Leader’s Choice changed my business forever.

It quickly became clear what I was missing. In short order, I had a “plan” in place & was being trained how to execute this plan. Incredible!

Mark had such a positive effect on my life that I’ve decided to join the team.

Meet Vickey Wachtel

Hello. I’m Vickey Wachtel. I specialize in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. 

A little history to set the stage.  My mother said I could never be satisfied and I don’t think that is a problem. It’s the key to living a fearless existence and watching dreams come true.  Having a curious mind and the overwhelming desire to make the most of anything I get involved with, I have gained experience that might help others.  Did I mention I’m dyslexic…which means I see things just a little bit differently, we are master problem solvers.

With a firm belief that life should be enjoyed to the fullest and that true fulfillment comes from doing what you love, I now serve as a Coach specializing in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. Drawing on my extensive background as a Broker/Owner in real estate, as well as other start up businesses and having experienced life abroad for 12 years in diverse locations such as Indonesia, Pakistan, Dubai, and getting the chance to visit Singapore, Sydney, Perth, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Cairo, Kathmandu, Rome, Naples, Florence, and Ireland, I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural diversity that enriches my coaching style.

As for my experience in real estate:  Top Producer my Rookie year with 47 transactions closed, BROKER/Owner, REALTOR, ABR, AHWD, ALHS, CIPS, CHMS, CRS, e-PRO, GREEN, GRI, MCNE, RESS, SRES, to name a few, you can never get too much education. I participated in the first Texas Realtors Leadership Program in 2008 and have served on various committees, TAR Professional Standards Committee from 2009-2024, HAR International Council Advisory Group, and Chaired HAR Training & Members Profitability Advisory Group(Education).
